FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How do I place an order?  

This website uses a Shopping Cart for your shopping    convenience. Payments are completed through the use of a secure server.  Click on the box shown below the product you want to buy.  You will be brought to a screen that displays your Item total. From the Shopping Cart, you can change the quantity of an Item or delete an Item.

At the end of the Checkout Process, the Shopping Cart will ask if you wish to pay by Money Order, Personal Check or PayPal. Currently, we only accept payments by Money Order, Check and through PayPal, our Preferred Method of Payment. PayPal allows the convenience of shopping with your Credit Card or Checking Account Online and Immediately. This will ensure the quickest delivery of your purchase.

Payments with PayPal will be completed through PayPal's Shopping Cart will automatically switch you to your PayPal Account to complete the Payment Process.

A copy of your Order will be sent from our Order Department to the E-Mail Address used in the ordering process. An additional Confirmation will be sent stating that your payment has been received from both PayPal and Back Store Goodies. For estimated delivery time, see Shipping.

2. I don't have a PayPal account. How do I get one?

3. Do You Have A Catalog?
We do not offer a Mail Catalog.
To keep our pricing low, all of our products can be found on the Web Site. We are constantly adding new items and offering sales. So it is a good idea to bookmark our site so you can visit us often.
4. How long will it take to get my order?
Every effort will be made to get your item there as quickly as possible!
We ship within 24 hours of payment received-larger order may take up to 48 hours.
We ship via UPS. All purchases are usually received within 7 - 14 days.
Shipping Charges vary per Order due to weight. We will currently only ship to the United States.
5. What is your return policy?
All items are carefully inspected before shipping. In the rare instance that a defective item slips through, a replacement item will be shipped, once the original item has been returned. Report damaged or defective items to us within 3 days of receipt. Please report items damaged in shipment to the carrier immediately. We will handle returns or exchanges for any purchase on all unused merchandise for a period of 10 days from the date you received the item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. These are our policies, but we want you to be happy, so please contact us if you feel there is a problem with your order.

6. Will you sell my name and address to other companies?
     PRIVACY STATEMENT
Our customer's privacy is our number one concern. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number. We will only use this information to process your order, and will never give this information to a third party.

Our shopping cart uses a secure server protecting your information by utilization of secure data encryption through SSL (Secure Socket Layers). Your personal information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system.

If you are not the person who owns the credit card you are using, do not place an order. In the event that charges are fraudulently placed on your card, we will fully cooperate with credit card and law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we reasonably believe to be unlawful.
